You probably already know that not all oil is created equal and that some have very different qualities from other. The oil that you might use to fry your chips is definitely not the same one that you want to dress your delicate salad with and some oils deal better with high temperatures than others. You may already have a press full of Olive, rapeseed, sesame and sunflower oils but the one you could be missing is MCT oil.

MCT stands for medium-chain triglyceride. Tryglycerides are a type of fat and due to their shorter length, MCTs are easy to digest.

One Nutrition’s Pure Organic MCT Oil is made from organic virgin coconut oil and stored in an amber glass bottle. It can be used in cooking up to 160 degrees but because of its delicious coconut flavour really shines when used on salads, in smoothies and juices and used in coffee for a bullet proof hit.

Because MCT oil is carb free it’s also perfect for those following a low carb or high fat diet such as Keto. The ketogenic diet, more popularly known as keto diet, is primarily a diet high in fat, moderate in protein and low in carbohydrates. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.

All One Nutrition products are ethically sourced using pure ingredients with no unnecessary additives and come in recyclable and protective packaging.
