Keto Friendly MCT Oil Smoothie
This smoothie is high in antioxidants, is great as a breakfast on the go or as a refuel post workout.
- 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
- ¼ cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of Pure Organic MCT Oil
- 30g of Protein Powder (this is optional, use a vegan powder if possible)
